Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
