Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a bowl.
