Ingredients
1 lb Baby Potatoes (cut into halves)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Water
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
1. Mix 1 cup of water, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 4 tablespoons of honey in a bowl until the honey is dissolved.
2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add halved baby potatoes and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until golden-brown.
3. Add minibced garlic and sauté for another 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and simmer on medium-high heat. Stir occasionally and let it cook until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens, about 7 minutes.
5. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and toss to coat the potatoes in the glaze.
