Description
Deliciously chewy bagels made easily in the air fryer, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
4. Divide the dough into four pieces, roll each into a log, and shape into circles.
5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
6. Cook in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly on a rack before serving.
