Ingredients
1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
1. Wash, scrub, and dry the baby potatoes.
2. Halve the potatoes to allow for even cooking.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
5. Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
6. Cook the potatoes for about 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
7. Transfer the crispy potatoes to a serving dish, sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley.
