Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ large overripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk (or oat milk)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts (for mix-ins)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 290°F (145°C).
  2. 2. Lightly grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
  3. 3. Blend the rolled oats, egg, banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. 4. Add your mix-ins into the batter and stir gently.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin and top with extra mix-ins if desired.
