Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes (6-8 ounces each)
1 tablespoon neutral oil
Coarse sea salt

Instructions
1. Rinse the potatoes under cool running water and scrub the skins clean.
2. Pat the potatoes dry and poke several holes in each with a fork.
3. Rub the potatoes with neutral oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400°F for 30 minutes.
5. Check doneness by inserting a fork; cook an additional 5 minutes if needed.
6. Remove and let cool slightly, then cut a shallow slit down the middle and fluff the insides with a fork.
7. Top with your favorite garnishes and enjoy!
