2 pounds baby potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half or quarters.
3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
