  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked meats (such as ham or sausage)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach or arugula
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beaten egg (for brushing)

  1. 1. Prep the dough by bringing it to room temperature if using store-bought.
