Description

Tender and juicy chicken breasts cooked quickly in an air fryer, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Place chicken on a cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Pound into even thickness.
  2. 2. Dry brine by sprinkling kosher salt over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking.
  4. 4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and coat with spice mixture.
  6. 6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  7. 7. Place chicken in air fryer and cook for 6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until internal temperature reads 155-160°F, 2-8 minutes more.
  8. 8. Let chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
