Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. 3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. While chicken is cooking, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. After 10 minutes, add vegetables to the basket around chicken and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
