Description

Delightful air fryer cookies that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, loaded with chocolate chips for a quick and easy homemade treat.

Ingredients

  • 125 g soft unsalted butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 1 egg, preferably at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150 g dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Softly melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 to 20 seconds.
  2. 2. Add both sugars to the melted butter and mix until combined.
  3. 3. Crack the egg into the mixture, add vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. 4. Gradually fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and dark chocolate chips until a uniform dough forms.
  5. 5. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
  6. 6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and form balls of dough, placing them spaced apart.
  7. 7. Set the air fryer to 160°C and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let cookies rest in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes before removing.
  9. 9. Repeat with remaining dough until all cookies are baked.
