Description

A delightful mixture of bacon and cheese encased in a tender tortilla crust, perfect for brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 burrito-size flour tortilla
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray an 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Press the flour tortilla into the prepared pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  3. 3. Layer the chopped bacon evenly on the tortilla.
  4. 4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
  5. 5. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the tortilla pan.
  7. 7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  8. 8. Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 7 to 9 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  10. 10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
