Description
A simple yet satisfying breakfast of egg and cheese on crispy toast, made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Thick slices of sourdough or hearty sandwich bread
Butter
Whole eggs
Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Salt and pepper
Fresh herbs (optional, such as parsley or chives)

Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
2. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Press a slight well in the center of each slice, buttered side up.
4. Crack a whole egg into the well of each slice.
5. Sprinkle cheese around the edges of the bread or on top of the egg whites.
6. Place the prepared toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs before serving.
