  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. 2. Slice the eggplant into thick rounds (about ½ inch) and make slits in the middle of each slice.
