Description

A delicious and healthier twist on classic fried rice made in an air fryer, featuring a mix of veggies, eggs, and savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
