Description

A healthier, crispy version of classic fried rice made effortlessly in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, cooked and scrambled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (no need to thaw)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked and chilled rice (white or brown)
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. 2. In an oven-safe pan, combine melted butter, cooked eggs, frozen vegetables, diced onion, minced garlic, cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Place the pan in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Once hot, remove from air fryer and garnish with green onions before serving.
