Ingredients

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add the gnocchi along with the olive oil and spices. Toss to coat.
  3. 3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the basket.
  4. 4. Cook for 15 minutes at 200°C, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. 5. Check for crispness, remove, and allow to cool slightly before serving.
