Description

A warm, decadent dessert with a rich, molten chocolate center, made easily in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth, stirring well.
  3. 3. Stir in the powdered sugar until fully blended.
  4. 4. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  6. 6. Grease ramekins with butter or non-stick spray, filling them two-thirds of the way with batter.
  7. 7. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
  8. 8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until edges are firm but the center is soft and jiggly.
  9. 9. Cool for a minute before inverting onto plates. Serve warm and enjoy!
