Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
