Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
