Description

Juicy, tender air fryer meatballs made with lean meats and fresh herbs, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. 5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. 6. Serve with spaghetti, in subs, or as an appetizer.
