Ingredients
8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Set up your breading station: flour in the first bowl, beaten egg in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third bowl.
3. Coat each mozzarella ball in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
5. Place the coated mozzarella balls in the basket, ensuring space between them, and spray the tops with cooking spray.
6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
