Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
