Description

Homemade air fryer potato chips that are crispy, healthier, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: seasonings (like paprika or garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the potatoes thinly using a knife or mandoline.
  2. 2. Soak the potato slices in water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
  3. 3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt (and optional seasonings if using).
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. 6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. 7. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying your homemade chips.
