Description

Crispy air fryer potato wedges that are a healthier alternative to traditional frying, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into 8 wedges per potato.
  2. 2. Dry the wedges with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. 3. Toss the wedges in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the basket and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. 5. Once cooked, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs and serve hot with dipping sauces.
