Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  2. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. 3. Combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the sauce.
  4. 4. Coat the chicken breasts with the sauce and let them soak for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in another bowl for coating.
  6. 6. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb-sesame mixture until fully covered.
