Description

Crispy and golden air fryer sliced potatoes, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and slice the potatoes into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  6. 6. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer using tongs.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
