Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. 2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about a quarter of an inch in thickness.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. 4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. 5. Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
