  • 1 pound sirloin steak or ribeye
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for extra flavor (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
