Description

A warm and fluffy breakfast toast made with Greek yogurt and topped with fresh fruits, perfect for cozy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 2 tablespoons maple syrup)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 strawberries (cut in half and thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and the egg. Whisk until smooth.
  2. 2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. 3. Lay the brioche slices out on a clean surface, optionally toasting them lightly in the air fryer.
  4. 4. Spoon the yogurt custard mixture over each slice of brioche.
  5. 5. Top with sliced strawberries.
  6. 6. For the air fryer method, preheat to 320°F and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. For the oven method, preheat to 350°F and bake for about 20 minutes.
