Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and scrub the zucchinis under cool water, then pat dry.
  2. 2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds about ¼-inch thick.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. 8. If desired, add Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  9. 9. Carefully remove the zucchini and allow to cool slightly before serving.
