Delicious and healthier airfryer chicken nuggets that bring back childhood memories with their crispy texture and flavorful breading.
Ingredients
500 grams chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil in a spray bottle

Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, keeping them roughly the same size for even cooking.
2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
4. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C (390°F).
5. Arrange chicken nuggets in a single layer in the airfryer basket, lightly spray with olive oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
6. Remove from airfryer and let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
