Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, thyme, olive oil, and garlic.
  3. 3. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and the mixture is well combined, then remove from heat.
  4. 4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the apple cider glaze generously over the turkey.
  5. 5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
