Description

These wraps combine crispy bacon, creamy white queso, spicy jalapeños, and melted cheese for a quick and delicious meal ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup white queso cheese dip
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is heated through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. 2. Stir in the chopped bacon and the white queso cheese dip. Allow the cheese to melt and combine with the chicken.
  3. 3. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeños, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. Add hot sauce if desired.
  4. 4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla then roll it up tightly. Make sure the seam is on the bottom.
  5. 5. Grill the wrapped sandwiches in a panini press or skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Slice the grilled wraps in half and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve warm.
