Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked thick cut bacon, chopped
2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder flavor)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture and roll it into a ball about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Place the formed balls on the parchment-lined baking sheet, giving them space.
5. Coat each ball in the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are completely covered.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
