Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapeños
1 1/2 cups crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 cup finely minced red onion (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, 1/2 cup of the crumbled bacon, red onion (if using), black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until light and fluffy.
2. Spread the remaining 1 cup of crumbled bacon onto a shallow plate or baking sheet.
3. Form the cheese mixture into small, bite-sized balls and roll each in the bacon crumbs.
4. Arrange the coated cheese balls on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
