Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 8–10 slices Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Rub the pork tenderloin all over with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
  3. 3. Wrap the seasoned pork tenderloin with slices of bacon, securing the ends underneath.
  4. 4. Sear the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until the bacon is browned.
  5. 5. Transfer to a baking dish, mix melted butter with minced garlic, and pour over the pork.
  6. 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
