  • 1 large egg

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. 5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, then fold in the caramel bits.
