Deliciously crispy Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls that are cheesy on the inside and a healthier twist on classic cheese balls.
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Steam the broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. Cool and finely chop.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with marinara or ranch dip.
