Description

Deliciously crispy baked cheese potatoes made in the air fryer, perfect for cozy nights or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, herbs
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Gouda, mozzarella, etc.)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Rinse the potatoes under cold water and poke holes with a fork.
  3. 3. Rub each potato with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  4. 4. Place potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 30-35 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Remove potatoes, cut open, and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese into the fluffed potatoes.
  7. 7. Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
