Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup hot honey

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) with the oven rack in the center.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  4. 4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a lightly oiled rack.
  5. 5. Drizzle hot honey over the top of the chicken.
  6. 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
  7. 7. Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serve.
