Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring full coverage.
4. Toss the battered florets in Panko breadcrumbs until coated.
5. Arrange on the baking tray in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
7. While baking, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Adjust seasoning as desired.
8. Once crispy, toss cauliflower in the Bang Bang sauce and serve immediately.
