Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken and barbecue sauce until well combined.
  3. 3. Slice sandwich rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Spoon the barbecue chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.
  5. 5. If desired, add a layer of coleslaw and pickles.
  6. 6. Place the other half of the roll on top.
  7. 7. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until the rolls are toasted and the filling is heated through.
