Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast
1 cup smoky barbecue sauce
Soft sandwich buns
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: coleslaw, pickles, onions

Instructions
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Place the seasoned chicken in a slow cooker, adding barbecue sauce over the top.
