Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut each into wedges.
  3. 3. Season the wedges with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Wrap each wedge with a slice of bacon and secure if necessary.
  5. 5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
  6. 6. In the last 5 minutes, add cheddar cheese and drizzle BBQ sauce before returning to the oven.
  7. 7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
