Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 24 equal-sized meatballs.
  4. 4. Wrap each meatball with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. 5. Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked.
  6. 6. Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
