Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded pulled pork with the BBQ sauce, stirring until the pork is evenly coated.
  3. 3. Stir the shredded mozzarella and cheddar into the pork mixture until the cheeses are evenly distributed.
  4. 4. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle about 4 inches across.
  5. 5. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the pulled pork and cheese mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. 6. Fold the edges of the biscuit up and over the filling, pinching the dough tightly to seal.
  7. 7. Place each sealed bomb seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. 8. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then sprinkle this seasoning over the tops of the bombs.
  9. 9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  10. 10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
