Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Biscuit Dough, refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, for brushing
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, mixing well.
  3. 3. Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a disc.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of pulled pork mixture and shredded cheddar in the center of each biscuit.
  5. 5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  6. 6. Arrange the stuffed biscuits on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  8. 8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
