1 pound beef (flank steak or sirloin)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bell peppers (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup beef or chicken broth
4 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

Instructions
1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef against the grain or using ground beef directly.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey or sugar, red pepper flakes, and broth to create the sauce.
